Youth/Parent Perceptive Driving Seminars  is a juvenile court ordered program requiring participation of  
    the juvenile traffic offender and  his/her parent or guardian.

    If you attended juvenile court in the city of Virginia Beach and live in the Tidewater area, and were referred to  
    "traffic school", this is the one you must attend! If you live outside Tidewater please call 804-355-5233 for
    scheduling.

    The seminar consists of three sessions of three hours each, and is conducted in the Virginia Beach
    Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court  House (directions to follow) weekdays from 6pm to 9pm and on
    Saturdays from 8am to 2:30 pm (two sessions) followed by another Saturday from 8am to 11am.

    DMV safe driving points can be awarded to attending parents/guardians for a fee.  Additionally, insurance
    companies doing business in Virginia are required to offer premium reductions  to qualified adult participants.

Student DMV processing:         $10.00
VAB Security:                                $ 5.00
Total family registration:              $80.00

Parent processing fee (optional) for DMV points or insurance credit:        $25.00
